The sun’s finally out and there’s a real buzz back at Tried & True. We kicked things off in style with the launch of Mickael’s Bistro Night last Saturday, a brilliant first service with more to come and today marks the start of something equally exciting: our inaugural Pie Society. It’s your chance to enjoy a proper T&T Pie Co. pie with a drink for just £10, simple, satisfying, and exactly what you want this time of year. It’s been a brilliant couple of weeks at Tried & True ✨ With the school break in full swing, the café had a great energy — busy mornings ☕️, plenty of regulars, and lots of love for the pies 🥧

Behind the scenes, we’ve also been working on a few new ideas for our T&T community:

We soft-launched our first Bistro Night last Saturday and it filled up fast 🔥 Thanks to everyone who came — it meant a lot 🤍

A proper midweek pick-me-up for the pie lovers.

Every Wednesday, we’re keeping things simple:

👉 Any pie + a of tea for £10👉 All day, every Wednesday

Choose from the full line-up: Steak & Guinness, Mince & Cheese, Chicken & Vege, and Chilli Bean & Cheese — all served hot and ready.

It’s hearty, no-nonsense comfort food, just how it should be.

Whether it’s a quick lunch or an easy catch-up, Pie Society is your new Wednesday ritual.

We’ve put together an easy weekday setup to make T&T your go-to spot to get things done!
