Greetings T&T VIPs!

What a glorious week it's been! The fantastic weather has brought out the best in our corner of the world – from the breezy walks that make you grateful for every step, to the heartwarming sight of friends catching up over garden gates and children creating magical memories with their grandparents. There's something about these summer days that reminds us why our part of the world truly is the best place to call home.

I was fortunate enough to escape London briefly this week for a wedding at the stunning Swinton Estate up in Yorkshire. If you're ever looking for a destination that showcases the very best of British countryside elegance, I can't recommend it highly enough. The rolling hills, the perfectly manicured grounds, and that unmistakable Yorkshire charm made for an absolutely beautiful celebration in a truly spectacular part of the world.

As we continue to soak up these precious summer days, I hope you're all making the most of the season – whether that's through long walks, spontaneous visits with loved ones, or simply taking a moment to appreciate the wonderful community vibes that surround us.

Join Putney Library for a captivating afternoon with real, live owls, presented by Jamb Owls. Visitors will have the rare opportunity to meet these magnificent feathered creatures up close, learn fascinating facts about their behaviour and habitats, and even enjoy the chance to hold one.

This free event is perfect for nature lovers of all ages - but spaces are limited, so early booking is essential.

Summer Workshop: Stone Painting in the Garden

Get creative this summer at a fun and relaxing Stone Painting Workshop in the Putney Library summer garden. Using natural stones as your canvas, participants of all ages are invited to paint colourful designs, intricate patterns, or thoughtful messages in a hands-on, outdoor art session.

All materials are provided, and no booking is required - just drop in and join the fun! The session operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so early arrival is recommended.
