As the evenings get longer and the warmer weather finally starts to arrive, we’ve been spending a lot of time thinking about what we want T&T to feel like over the months ahead.

Over the past few years we’ve tried a lot of ideas, met a lot of incredible people, and learned a huge amount about what our community really comes to us for: good food, good coffee, relaxed hospitality, and a place that genuinely feels welcoming.

This summer we’re leaning into that.

You’ll start to see a few new things appearing over the coming weeks — simpler seasonal evening dishes, fresh desserts, cold brew specials, and of course a bigger focus on the pies we’ve been quietly developing behind the scenes.

We’re aiming for something relaxed, comforting and full of flavour. The kind of place you can drop into for brunch, linger over coffee, or settle into on a warm evening with friends and a bottle of wine.

As always, thank you for continuing to support independent hospitality. Every visit, recommendation, comment, and smiling face genuinely makes it all worthwhile!
