Happy Monday everyone!

What a wet start to the week as schools return or gear up to go back after half term. It's been wonderful seeing so many families making the most of their time together over the break, popping in to the cafe and enjoying those precious moments before the routine kicks back in.

Halloween was such a treat! The costumes this year were absolutely brilliant – we loved seeing all the creative trick-or-treaters out and about. Yes, the rain did try to dampen spirits, but thankfully we were blessed with a couple of milder, drier days over the weekend that gave everyone a chance to enjoy the festivities properly.

As we head into November and the weather turns decidedly autumnal, there's no better time to cozy up with us at the cafe. Whether you need a warm refuge from the rain, a comforting cuppa, or just a friendly face to brighten your Monday, we're here for you.

How We Make Our Hazelnut Hot Chocolate 🤎☕🌰🍫🍂🔥

☕🌰 Our hazelnut hot chocolate begins with rich, indulgent Abyss chocolate powder 🍫, the heart of every cup. We start by blending a spoonful 🥄 of it with a touch of silky steamed milk 🥛, creating a smooth, glossy paste that locks in all that deep chocolate flavour 🤎.

Next, we slowly swirl in more hot, velvety steamed milk ☁️, mixing gently as we go to build that perfect creamy texture 😋. Then come two generous pumps of nutty, silky, delicious hazelnut syrup 🌰🍯, adding warmth and sweetness in every sip ✨.

Finally, we finish with a delicate sprinkle of Abyss powder 🍫 on top - pure comfort in a cup 🤍☕.
