After a week of soggy skies, the sunshine finally broke through this past weekend and what a difference it made! It was brilliant to see so many of you out and about, soaking up the good weather and good vibes.

Run Club Success!

A huge shout out to Lauren (@trainingwithlauren) and our brilliant run club crew! We had a solid bunch of runners start from T&T and finish strong with plenty of Avocado Smash to fuel the recovery. What a way to kick off the community vibes, here's to many more runs together!

Back by popular demand, our Valentine’s Poetry Competition is returning for a second year! After last year’s overwhelming response, we couldn’t resist running it again. Starting Monday 2nd February, we’re inviting everyone to get creative and share their love in verse ✍️💌. This year we’re giving you an extra week to enter, so there’s plenty of time to craft the perfect poem. We’ll share more details soon, but for now… get writing! Let’s celebrate love, laughter, and creativity, and spread a little extra heart around our café this Valentine’s 💖
