👨‍🍳FROM THE KITCHEN

Pulled Pork Benedict - We start with spice-rubbed pork shoulder, slow-roasted for 15 hours until melt-in-your-mouth tender, then toss it in our rich, smoky hickory hoisin sauce. It’s served on our homemade cheddar jalapeño cornbread, adding just the right kick, and topped with two perfectly poached eggs, a drizzle of house-made chilli butter, and fresh spring onions. Every bite is layered with heat, sweetness, and deep savoury flavour. This is comfort food, reimagined—hearty, vibrant, and unforgettable. Come hungry, leave happy. This one’s not to be missed.
