There’s a real buzz building at Tried & True at the moment and we just wanted to say a huge thank you to our amazing local community for getting behind our new T&T Bistro Nights. The support, encouragement and smiling faces over the last few weeks have meant the world to us. This Saturday marks our 5th evening service and it’s shaping up to be another special one.

It may also be the last chance (for now!) to enjoy chef Felipe & Gabriel’s delicious Beef Sirloin Stroganoff, a proper crowd-pleaser packed with rich flavour and comfort, or the retro classic Chicken Marbella, which has quickly become a favourite with guests. And of course, no Bistro Night is complete without one of our silky lemon possets finished with shortbread crumb.

Alongside the evenings, we’re continuing to build some fantastic momentum around our weekday bundles too. Our Morning Coffee & Muffin Bundle has become a favourite way to start the day enjoy a freshly baked T&T muffin and any regular coffee for just £6.50.

And for all our laptop warriors and remote workers, don’t forget the T&T Work Club running Monday to Friday from 8–11am. Enjoy a selected breakfast, coffee and a refill for only £12 — the perfect excuse to settle in for a productive morning.

Finally, a big shout out to everyone joining us for Wednesday Pie Society! A proper midweek comfort ritual with a hot T&T pie served with mash, gravy and a pot of tea for just £10. We’ve loved seeing so many of you making it part of your weekly routine.

What a fantastic evening we shared at T&T this weekend 🍷

A massive thank you to our talented chef, Gabriel, whose incredible dishes made the night truly unforgettable 👨‍🍳 Every course was a hit!

And of course, thank you to everyone who came along and filled the restaurant with such warmth, laughter, and great energy ❤️ Your support means the world to us.

The atmosphere on Saturday was something really special 🍽️ 

Our 3 course menu for £35 per person features comfort food done right.

Enjoy Burrata, Beef Stronganoff Fetticine, T&T Pie Co. Pies Mash & Gravy and house made desserts.  All served with Beer, Wine & Cocktails.

We even have a delicious kids menu featuring Chicken, mash and gravy.  Proper food for local familities.  

We’re already looking forward to seeing you all again next weekend!
